Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms govern the promotional relationship between you and this website (uptownaces.casino), an independent promotional page for the Uptown Aces casino brand. By using the site you accept them. The site is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, 18+ everywhere else.
2. Bonus terms
All bonuses are subject to the following unless a specific offer states otherwise:
- — Rollover: match bonuses carry a 30x–35x playthrough; free bonuses and spins carry up to 60x. Rollover is calculated on the bonus amount, or deposit + bonus where stated.
- — Max bet: $10 per spin or hand while any bonus is active. Midtown and Uptown VIP levels are exempt.
- — Max cashout: match bonuses have no maximum cashout. Free bonuses carry a cashout cap stated on the offer.
- — Game contributions: slots contribute 100% toward rollover; video poker and table games contribute a reduced share; progressive games do not contribute.
- — One at a time: only one bonus can be active per account. Consecutive no-deposit bonuses are not permitted.
- — Eligibility: bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address and payment method.
3. Payouts
Withdrawals are processed within 72 business hours of a verified request. Account verification (identity and address) is required before the first payout. The standard weekly withdrawal limit is $5,000. Per-method fees and limits are listed on the banking page.
4. Responsible gaming
Gambling is entertainment. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop playing and seek support — see the responsible gaming page for resources.
5. Changes
We may update these terms, the offers listed on this site, or the site itself at any time. The version published here is the current one.
6. Contact
