The neighborhood, level by level

Plenty of casinos run VIP clubs behind velvet ropes. This one hands you a city map instead: six districts, each with better perks than the last, and one simple rule — play more, live nicer.

From Tourist to Resident

Everyone lands as a Tourist. The $10 free chip and the 250% welcome offer work at this level, and a first deposit upgrades you to Resident — weekly loyalty rewards start dropping, and the comp points begin to pile up at one per $10 wagered.

The climb through Neon and Downtown

Neon and Downtown are where the perks get interesting: instant cashback jumps to 30–35%, weekend cashback appears, comp points get cheaper, and a weekly reward lands in the account without you asking. Downtowners also see bigger reload offers in the cashier.

The top of the map

Midtown and Uptown are the penthouse floors. Cashback reaches 40–50%, comps run at one point per $5 or $4 wagered, the max-bet ceiling on bonus play disappears entirely, and a personal host takes over the little things — custom offers, faster payouts, a direct line for anything that needs a human.

What does the ladder actually pay?

Do the math on a Midtown resident: instant cashback at 40%, weekend cashback at 20%, comps at double the base rate and a $50 weekly reward. That's a meaningful cushion on an active month of play — and it's the reason regulars bother with the climb at all.

Uptown Aces FAQ

PLAYER school

By invitation. The casino watches account activity and loyalty, and the host team decides who moves up — hitting the purchase figures on a card helps, but it isn't a guarantee. In practice, the fastest route is simply playing regularly and keeping the account in good standing.
The list grows with the level: bigger reload bonuses, faster comp point rates, weekend cashback, weekly rewards, a dedicated host and — from Midtown upward — the max-bet rule lifted on bonus play. Uptown residents also get priority payout processing.
Instant cashback covers busted deposits that had no bonus attached — 25% at the start, up to 50% for Uptown residents, with a light 10x rollover. Weekend cashback is a different animal: it's calculated on Thursday-to-Sunday play and claimed on Monday through Live Chat.
Comp points are the city's frequent-flyer miles. Every $10 wagered earns one at the base rate, and the rate improves as you climb — Midtown residents earn one per $5, Uptown residents one per $4. Collect 100 and trade them for cash or free spins.
